You can express your desire to donate organs. Its up to transplant protocol whether they'd accept them, you won't be here to know, so it doesn't matter.
You can offer to donate blood anytime. They'll ask your history and accept or reject your application.
I consider pierced earrings to be an intimate item. I wouldn't wear somebody else's nor offer them mine. If they've been properly disinfected it may be safe. Surgical instruments are re used every day.
Does that mean we can never contract the original genotype again that we once had?
Does undetected mean it is still lurking in the background somewhere?
I would not share a toothbrush or razor with anyone for fear I might get reinfected !!

That will be up to the person (in the event I die suddenly) to decide.
I am getting up in years now, so not sure if they even want my organs anymore.
