I've had some pretty crazy moments since I've talked to anyone.
Will decide if we are staying on TX.
Transfusion went well, as for me, I can't eat. Five days out of hospital, I spent 8 days in. To sick to eat. Now no TX until Doc says so

Serene...you've certainly have had a rough time of it. TX is harder on some than others. It's too bad that you were taken off tx after all this, but your doctor knows best. If you can't eat at least try to drink lots & keep hydrated or you'll end up back in the hospital. Hope you get to feeling better. Send lots of prayers your way.

Very Best thoughts for you "S". May I please ask how the docs approached you when addressing a blood transfusion? Eight days in the hospital. Tough. Take care as best you can. Until next time. See ya 'round the bend. Stonewall . . .

Anything u can digest from Bratty diet would help:
* Bananas
* Rices
* Applesauce
* Toast
* Tea
* Yogurt
Water, gatorade, V8, V8 fusion.. anything that will keep u out of hospital and on your way to better health. That which does not kill u only makes u stronger..Pull from that and persevere>>
FIGHT!!!!!!! Don't let this be stronger than YOU... FIGHT!!!!!!! for your life~~~~~~~~~~

Some of us feel so much better since OFF tx, even tho we failed. The tx itself is extremely ruff on some of us. To be told, "we recommend you stop tx" was a blessing.

When I look back these last four months I have had all kinds of reasons to throw in the towel. Mainly, staying on TX uninterupted. Insurance change, and now this. I feel If we should continue,
Hemotologist along with Gastro and PCP together under close watch we can complete. Father, forgive me as without you I am nothing. I knew I was healed when I started, I just didn't know what it entailed. Anything I ever had to complete with a benefit required alot of TRUST and FAITH. Noone said this would be easy. I'll see PCP today. I'll start there. One step at a time

Hey Serene, maybe it's a divine intervention for you , maybe you are supposed to wait until the new meds are soon available ..maybe?

You know, I find myself asking, What about the long term Disability that was recently approvedThat bought my time I was worried about. When is it to much? We are warriors we can withstand quite a bit. I know the answer, It has been revealed......Keep up the Fight with Faith
