I think it would be no. I wouldn't do any herbs while taking chemicals, well you know, not in THIS situation :)

Also there are easily available foods that are rich in selenium - like brazil nuts, sunflower, some grains, shell fish & uh caviar.

We're reading the same stuff. lol. I ate a lot of sunflower seeds on tx and got it in a multi too.
Cavier? Well, I had to lay off the gourmet food in favor of greek yogurt. Nobody invited me to any fancy dinners. Maybe the bald look was too shocking? haha

Shadow ..the cheapest place to buy selenium is Costco Pharmacy.
It's like $3 for 100 x 200 mcg tabs. The regular pharms it's over $12 for the same amount.
