he says that every single pill (except milk thistle) we take will have an adverse effect on the liver and may cause the liver enzymes to elevate. i'm not even supposed to take a multivitamin right now.
antibiotics will make the liver enzymes go up and so do sleeping pills and pain meds will to.
so maybe you're doc is hoping you can get through this without the extra pills? if you can, that would be the best for your health.
i tried to not take these extra pills but the sides just got to be too much. felt like i was going crazy from all the itching and the nausea was horrible.
