The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. I know taking pills isnt good for the liver, anything toxic isnt. I need my mental health pills though, how bad do you think it is for the Hep C to be taking a couple pills daily for my mental health?

i don't know about your pills.

i do know that antibiotics are about as harmful to the liver as alcohol/drugs so when i have had to take them in the past i would always load up on milk thistle during that time.

My dr ordered me one that is "gentler" on the liver, and, it works for me.
Msg me if you would like to know which one.
W/O mental health, the rest won't matter. Best of luck.

I'm taking antidepressants while on tx - the doc recommended it as I have a H/O depression on and off.
