Sorry Ive been kinda MIA lately, my daughters last day if Kindergarten is tomorrow and I've just been preoccupied with life, but you all have been on my mind. I finished my S and O the end of last month but will not get the RNA test until The 12 weeks after. I feel great , Im convinced that I am cured but If it turns out I am not I will be ok , just dissapointed, ok majorly dissapointed! Hows everyone else doing? Marily how is YOUR treatment going, Has your ascitis eased up? Trissa , warrior , Dr. and all the others who Are treating, done treating, waiting? Im sorry to not be as supportive as I could, particularly to those on the riba and Inf. I pray often for everone on here forcomfort and healing and general well being.

You didn't get an EOT VL test??? I finished (in April?) and was undetected at EOT and at 4 weeks post. Now I am waiting for my 12 week post VL test the end of this month.
Is "Fault" good, or JUST sad?

I'm in my 9th week of S. and O. You asked about the ascites. Remember how I was having fluid drained every 2 - 3 weeks? Well it's been over 8 weeks now, since that was done, and the fluid is staying down! I'm amazed.
We will have to keep hoping and praying for the ones still waiting for treatments.
I'm midway on solvaldi & riba
The 4wk eot is not as meaningful as the 12wk.
I know someone who was undie for 47weeks of his 48 week (48 because of his liver condition) - he was still undie @ 4 wk post tx, but positive for hcv @ 12wk
His tx was solvaldi & ribavarin, 48weeks due to advanced liver disease, and geno 1B

great attitude . im feeling like a 20 yr younger person too . if per chance the tx fails , i wont let it get me down . been bitterly disappointed three times in the last decade with interferon tx ' s . its within my power to not let that happen again .
i felt it 10 days into this treatment that the virus was in trouble . power started coursing thru my muscles . it hasnt let up and in fact ive been bodybuilding like a mad man every day on the job .
