The one my doc uses, the Labcorp NGI HCV Quantasure, goes WAY down to 2 IU/mL. That is really really sensitive. I don't know. I just know I am getting stressed out waiting for just EOT results, which practically HAVE to be excellent since I was pumped full of 12 weeks of S/O. But if I have to wait this long for the 4 weeks POST tx VL results, I may go bonkers. THAT is the BIG one --- then the 12 weeks post, which would be SVR12.

I guess LabCorp is different in different states.
NJ LabCorp has me UNDETECTED and while I get all results EXCEPT VL online, my doctor's office gets it all with VL results within 5 days. I do the blood draw at LabCorp on a Monday and my nurse emails the results - with a PDF attachment of the full results - by THAT Friday.
I hope you get some justice, and i hope you get GREAT news - I'm sure you will, Cat!
My labs don't show up online until 48 hours after the doctor's office has shown "receipt" of them. It's all good - heck, I AM undetected - just a matter of semantics.
The one that will have me frittering away is the next one - will be drawn on the 9th of June, and if LabCorp messes around like they did on this last one, might not have results until toward the end of the month. That's the BIG SVR4 (or not). Lessons in patience - not easy. For this next one, I will start bugging my nurse on the 18th. They have a lot of people on tx. When I called her yesterday about not having the May 13 VL results, SHE realized something was haywire, called them; they said they'd send them out Friday - but ... ahem, they sent them out today. I see the doc on the 20th in Flagstaff so - I bet she will call Labcorps while I'm sitting there! Would be nice to get results directly from the doc during my office visit. Either way - I'd like to be in his presence.
When I see the doc next month I will print out the stuff about your test - the name of it, etc. and ask WHY I CANNOT HAVE THAT ONE when we get to the SVR12 point. Waiting, waiting, waiting.... BUT, I really feel confident that S/O has wiped my virus out for good. As I am certain it has done for you too!
