I have BC/BS of Michigan Medicare Advantage PPO. My Part D is Medprime. If my ins. had a coverage gap my out-of-pocket costs would have totaled $4,550 but the gap doesn't apply in my employer's plan so I am fortunate.

That meant the copay assistance would be 30% from the pharmas.
I nearly had a fit when I saw the third party dispensary mark up of thousands of dollars just for ordering in and shipping out the drugs.
I was floored that they had the nerve to charge almost 10% more than the listed price of the drugs. Evil greedy F#$%ers!!! I thought I would have to pay out of my pocket.
Thankfully Gilead and Jansenn also covered that.
