THURSDAY, Dec. 26, 2013 (HealthDay News) -- This year's flu season may be off to a slow start nationwide, but infection rates are spiking in the south-central United States, where five deaths have already been reported in Texas.

A sever infection like H1N1 or pneumonia or .. can tip a compensating liver into decompensation. If you have not had your flu shot yet, speak with your Dr.

I've asked my Dr. many times about what could tip me over and he just shrugs but says any major stress on the body like a severe illness could overwhelm the liver and ..boom! shut down.
I am so cautious as I need to hang on until I can get treated!

I'm hearing they got the vaccine mix right this year but time will tell. Travel safe and sanitize your hands like a crazy woman! lol

I never get them, but decided that maybe I should. Since my GP is in the mall where I usually have lunch, I stopped by to get one and was told that I needed to make an appointment, which means I would have to pay a copay as well as $20 for the shot. I'll stop by Walgreens or CVS or something....greedy bastards.

FLU shots are a Huge business. Dr Oz said in an interview he would NOT vaccinate his children as of his choice...It is on YouTube...

Absolute no proof of the effectiveness. So when you get sick a week later , they tell you you would have been a way sicker...well how much sicker is the million $ question. But someone already cashed in on you. If i am an insurer i would encourage people for the shots so i don't have to pay hospitalizations and for expensive medicines to treat. So now you get injected with a dead virus,but many times it is nit the same strain and it is useless, plus the virus mutates so it is a guessing game , as no way to know the effectiveness with out actual trials, its a hear say and not facts.

But vaccinate or not it does kills vaccinated old people, and as all the report says it, it kills people with preexisting conditions, like lung or heart problems. the bad part is many people dies from the vaccination itself. Well known fact. Those are mainly children's.
