Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

hehehe - my pharmacy is Express Scripts.

I think I'm gonna end up waiting for Abbvie - I mean, maybe my ins. will pay for off label Sovaldi+Olysio, but maybe not with those prices. Abbvie kicked BUTT in Phase III trials with geno 1's - even for cirrhotics. Should be submitted to the FDA second quarter 2014.

They provide DRUGS :) to the military retirees and their fams who are on TriCare .... some active duty people who aren't near a base, etc.....among probably other groups. We DO pay co-pays but they are very very reasonable.
