and for example, the other medicines i take , for umpteen other diagnosis' i have, depression, rheumatoid arthritis, and a crazy handful more i don't want to list , as it is depressing. ha.

i know it is tempting and we all crave reassurance , but don't compare one to another.......apples & oranges....

So I think I'm OK!!! The nurse who read the results doesn't know much about HCV. She said it said "below something," and that all my hepatic functions are normal. I guess maybe that's how they list it on the form?

Awh, Brigid, it's n or mal to fret! Get it from the doctor in writing too so you can pinch yourself & read it !

2nd: I would get online with my tests so you can read them yourself or get copies from the doctor's office.

It is so good to read those reports yourself....Really, as when I hang up the phone, my mind can't remember half the stuff they said.

Do yourself a favor and it will feel good!! I know you are both very fine. They is just a very small RARE type of Hep C that is harder to treat than others.
But MAK is finding her treatment, and I am so very happy for her!!
Thank God they finally gave us some real research!!
