The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Thanks, these are interesting... I am vegetarian-- he doesn't mention beans or grains at all-- I am curious about that...

Thanks, those were interesting to watch. My concern about the veg to be cooked in the plastic bag, are we getting the bpa's from the plastic bag?? So far I've resisted them because of that.

I also need to change my stubborn husband's mind about buying all veg in cans. So far I'm loosing on that one. Any suggestions??

Elvis, the plastic bag thing has to do with not putting veggies or anything in ziploc bags to microwave. Frozen vegs and fruits that come in bags are fine if other things haven't been added. I was told at the transplant center that low-sodium canned veggies are okay. I usually buy fresh or frozen though.
