OK Folks,
This will be my final post on my Detox. As most of you know I have been going through detox for the past 2 weeks. I am proud to say I DID IT. I'm feeling much better, especially today. Back to work now and taking the stairs up to the fourth floor. Dam elevators. Looking back I never thought I could do it. Sure proved myself wrong and this is a time when I'm glad I was. To anyone out there taking any kind of prescription pain meds, BE CAREFUL!!!! STOP!!!! Now I can concentrate on the important things like getting rid of this dam hep c. Thanks again to all of you for all the support you gave me. It helped me kick this in the butt.

Pain meds just change your threshold for pain tolerance never mind the psycho need for more pain meds or phys addiction.
Not everyone can comprehend the cycle, especially if they are in pain. The pain IS real.
The same level of pain won't feel the same over time if we can try to learn to adjust & deal with it & try other methods of relief.
