Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Wanted to bump up this thread, cause I've read quite a few people are starting tx, and should keep a daily journal, for themselves in order to remember things, cause when the brainfog hits, wow.
Also very handy to write notes for when you will go to your appointments and write your sides ect....

when on treatment or not, we tend to forget what to discuss with our doctor, so this is a great way to have everything down for the day you go in.
A daily activity journal on treatment.

You know what, I still use this method years post treatment.
Damn brainfog, lol.
I make list for everything, and a daily diary is very important for those on tx, this way you don't forget anything when you see you gi.
