Hep c can cause Fibromyaglia (which it did me) and that will cause your muscles and joints to ache more. Fibromyaglia is basically an general pain disorder that's non-specific (it can be every and anywhere.)

If I recall, you're not on treatment right now are you? (sorry brain fog -I can't remember). If you are, the treatment can cause arthritis conditions to be worse.
Here is my thing, I have muscle pain in my legs that just drive me nuts!! Joint pain in my hands and shoulders. I didn't hurt this much on TX!!!(well, not every day) Go figure
