Oh, and about the coffee...when I was in the hospital I was NPO for 2 days, which meant no coffee (obviously), and I had such a raging headache that went away after only one cup of coffee. I think that's called addiction.

I believe Kramer mention fine dining establishments. Watch something like Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives where these chefs show you have things are prepared. They use salt by the gallon.
I have learned how to season food so that it is not bland tasting. I concoct my own sodium free or low sodium blends. I have my own taco seasoning and fajita seasoning and they are sodium free.
Actually you don't have to quit.. Just like drinking, I never quit. I still have an occasional wine with dinner or special events. Not because I need it.

Since my fav bean coffee is so $$$, I've switched to tea, but still enjoy an occasional cup for "health purposes".
What I hated the most about Incivek was how much it screwed with my taste buds. Some mornings I could barely choke down one cup.
Thai coffee is pretty good too, especially on a cold wet winter morning.
