yeah it gets worse. you need to exercise your brain, it's just like if you don't exercise your arm your arm will be weak. Except in your situation your arm isn't just weak it is also being attacked by medicine that is making it weaker. So my suggestion is to keep a small pad of paper and pen with you and write everything down. I agree I tryed sudoku and got into it for a little while but it is boring. I would try reading, but I have to admit I'm being a hyprocrit cuz i haven't done any of those things but I am also a bumbling idiot and can't hold a conversation b/c i forget what I am saying or what we were talking about midway through. Very embarrassing especially with people who don't know I am on tx. they think i am on drugs ha

My brain fog is horrible. I do enjoy reading which helps, but I forget stuff all the time.

I hope it clears up. It's kind of a bummer to forget what your doing, or be able to have a conversation. For me it is bad and then ok and then back to bad.....and then ok...good luck.

I have to write myself notes ALL the time. Being on here and having to think & type helps and some reading.

even communication on ds is no doubt healthy brain exercise.dont want to be repetitive but a couple puffs of weed sure helps you to concentrate. not for everyone i know..

Many once they finish their journey on the interferon, which is the cause of the bain fog, ask their Doctor for some provigyl, or ritalin.

Both medications, works well on getting the mind to function like it used to before being exposed to the interferon.

I have been living with brain fog since treatment, but it's getting worst and worst so I just might ask my Doctor which one I should try to get rid of this fog.

I can be talking with someone then forget what I was talking about. I really have a bad case of brain fog since doing tx.

Andrea, you are in school, which I am certain helps exercise your brain. Your Brain Fog would probaby be much worse if you weren't in school.
I, OTOH, have brain forg and I am not even on tx yet. There are only so many times you can say "clean your room and put your dirty dishes in the washer" b4 your brain starts to fog up. :(

hahaha if anything (FOR ME) weed makes my brain fog worse than b4. when i was in florida i smoked a little cuz i was on vacation and i just decided to chill out, and then my best friend from a long time ago calls me who lives there and i had to plan out how we were going to meet and i kept forgetting things in my hotel room and going back and forth about 100 times, and it was NOT a short walk. people actually were like "what is this girl doing??" i was seriously SO completely out of it.

I send myself reminder emails. I never say I'll get back to you - I request people call me back because I'll forget.

My partner, family and work colleagues are quite used to this part of my madness now
