Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Not on the site much anymore but after four years of posting here I thought Me, the rubber ducky and the gorilla should finally close the HCV chapter.

2014 WAS our year, just as you said it would be, K. For us, Sovaldi & Olysio killed that nasty replicating mofo virus.

NOW we live our lives - and try not to do anything stupid. :)

This is all so hard to believe - I stilll check back in from time to time. And it is true when you are SVR you tend to get a little more involved in life with more time between checking in. I think of everyone here as family. I think we all were (are and will be) part of a miracle in our time.
