Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Hi Everyone,
I just thought I would pass on a few tips. Everyone needs a little help sometimes I know I sure do.
1) Once a month do a deep hair conditioning. No need to go out and buy something just use any conditioner you have put a bathing cap on and leave for about 10 min. Makes hair feel softer.
2) I use Morrocan oil whenever I wash my hair, it doesn't leave an oily film and leaves a wonderful shine. Once a month message into dry hair, better yet get your partner to do it and sit back relax to a great scalp message.
3} My face has been feeling a little like alligator skin. Moisturize twice daily and use the eye creme around the lips for the fine lines. You can buy seperate cremes but why bother when they both to the samething.
4) One of my favorite products is AquaSource by Biotherm. It is for under the eyes and takes all puffiness away within minutes. I even use abit on the top of lids. So after a night of crying (which I seem to be doing alot of lately) I know in the morning my eyes will be fine.
5) Since my mouth has been so sensitive lately I feel like I haven't been doing a great job brushing, it hurts to much. So, I keep a small container of baking soda next to the sink. After brushing my teeth I dip my brush into baking soda and brush for about 30 seconds. Really helps to brighten my smile.
6) Give yourself a pat on the back everyday for getting one day closer to our goals.

Good tips though:)
I used an extra hydrating night cream for sensitive and dry skin, as my daily moisturizer.(while I was tx) And I brushed with a babies toothbrush. It's so small but very gentle on the gums.
Brush your hair outside and brush before bathing. It saves your vacuum and drain.
I use Aveno dry skin lotion after every shower. A face cream called Simply - no para.....forget what the word is! Vaseline is good for really dry spots. All of a sudden my knee caps feel extra dry. What the heck is up with THAT? Good for lips too.
got to go to the chiro now. I'm SO looking fwd to this helping.. Hope it will. I know it takes a few adjustments, but at least I'm getting started.
I also use it on my lips b4 bed, it's also a great make up remover while on TX.
I slather baby oil on my entire body (not my face or hair) after all of my showering has been done...... I keep a bottle in my shower, (done this for several years nos, eve prior to tx) while I'm still wet then just shower off (it will bead and not come off). Pat urself dry and ur skin will stay moist!!!
Scalp massages are very good for thinning hair, and most beauty schools do it at cost when the students do it. They also do facials and hair cuts, etc. So if there is a school around u, plz take them up on the services they offer, it gives the students more practice time (a lot of it is required) and less $$$ coming out of ur pocket book! Otherwise, they just stand around and work on their manaquins! They need u even more than u need them! Even just a mani/pedi...(Insist u want to bring ur own supplies or ask them to show u NEW supplys that they will be using on U!) Remember, they are also using perfect sterilization tecquiniques as well! Especially if u ask, or ask the teacher!
