Hi everyone,
hope to find you well, with minimal sides today.
As most of you know, I have done treatment years ago, and have been dealing with post health issues since finishing treatment.
These days the health problem I am addressing are my lungs, and sciatica nerve.
Yesterday I went to pass a breathing test, one of the many tests I need to go thru until I see my new doctor in Ottawa.
Since the past 6 months, my PCP and I have trying to clear up my left lung, without prevail, so my next step is a TC Scan which is booked for next week, and my case was transfered to a pulmonologist, which I will see in early June and finally know if my left lung is in trouble.
I also went at the Trillim clinic yesterday for x-rays of my spine and left side, leg ect... to see what wrong with my sciatica nerve.
Since doing treatment I have been experiencing health problems. A few months after tx, I had lost my voice during tx, and since my voice was still very harsh after tx, I was sent to a throat specialist, and I had a large tumour on my right vocal cord, so we surgically removed that, no cancer, and my voice came back normal which according to my doctor was a miracle.
Exactly one year post treatment I went back to work, but my asthma was really, really bad, so my doctor put me on a sick leave from work, and now I'm finally taking the time to addressed all of the health issues I have been neglecting.
My point for telling you guys all of this is, no matter how dark the future may seem, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
So go ahead and take care of your health, if more than one issue well take it one issue at the time.
I am happy that I got the ball rolling on these issues, and no matter the outcome, I will take it and do whatever it takes to get thru it.
Now to all of you Warriors out there doing treatment, take it one day at the time.
Sure it's hard at some time, but you will be proud of yourself for killing the dragon within you.
Have a nice day,

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
I'm tired today, but it was expected, I did way to much yesterday, so I'm paying for it today.
No problem I'm home relaxing, nothing major to do today.
Now for you my dear, you were probably feeling major fatigue and being sick like you are, it's normal that some days you will have this rage episode.
I used to just go to my room and close the door, my family knew what that meant.
The door close means do not enter.
So when you feel the rage coming on, if possible just go somewhere in your home where you can just relax and let this rage pass.
By the way, are you on antidepressant?
This is pretty much a must, especially if you are contemplating treatment.
Ask your PCP I'm sure he will prescribe them to you right away.
They really do make a difference.
I never took them until I was on tx, and believe me I should have had them way before.
Hope you feel better today.
a gentle hug coming your way sweetie.

I'm also having a problem with constantly having to clear my throat and lossing my voice, on and off, while talking to someone. After reading this I think I should go get checked. Thanks for all the great information.

I went for my lung TC Scan last week, but didn't get any results just yet, my case was transfered to Ottawa, and my appointment is June 13th I think it is.
Anyways, I will keep you guys posted.
Thanks for your support.
