i received an email from hepcvets and i wanted to share it with all of you but i didn't know how to get it from my email to here...any suggestions would be helpfull

you should be able to just copy and then paste it.

try keeping both windows open on your screen and then highlighting the info you want to share. click on copy and the click again in the ds comment box and choose the paste option.
