Hello All,
My reason for being here today is that I just found out last week after my 3 months post TX for Harvoni I am finally without the dreaded virus.
After 25 plus years of knowing about it and five tries at TX I can say proudly that I have slain the dragon.
I am geno type 1A and did the six month treatment of Harvoni. Since starting the treatment last November until now I have felt like a new person. Now I know what it means to feel like a million bucks.
Just got back from an 8000 mile 28 day care free drive around this great country of ours. Just me, my bicycle, my tent, and my fisinhg rod. Seen a lot of sights, visited with a few friends and relatives, and hiked a lot of mountains. Looking forward to many more years of traveling and enjoying life.
Hope everyone here at some point can experience the joy that me and most of the people I have know on DS have achieved through the miracle of science. No matter how long it takes keep everyone will have this come to them in time. Some sooner than others.

i was about to say omg about that.
but, omg is appropriate for getting your life back ; and good timing for me to hear since i am somewhere in mid tx, and getting a bit down due to how i feel on tx

Great news happy dance. I see you did the 24 week. I'm 1A & this will be my #3 tx. They'd better approve 24 wks! I don't want another relapse.
