the Hep C Discussion room has been looking more like a sub group room. Lots of folks seem to enjoy the diversion but sometimes the important stuff gets overwhelmed by it.
New folks might feel it's more of a social site than to do with hep info.
It is what it is though so I keep posting info when I find it.

I'm just not sure what the point of having subgroups if for though.
I mean why have a furniture department or clothing or housewares? Why strive for a little organization? Ah prolly too much to ask ..carry on! :^)
Well I'm mostly in the subgroups or elsewhere but there were quite a few HCV members posting in one of them that they were so bored and tired of the main lately. People get bored of always talking about HCV and I gloss over most of it as I had to on tx. Little applies to me regarding trials and triple tx. It's all important though as we all come for different things. I have a buddy here who is treating that was longing for how it used to be. But it was otherwise going to be a slow weekend and I spent the entire day interacting here with fellow kindred spirits. I personally had a great time.
I actually love some of the interaction here with the HCV community. I'm getting ready to meet a third from here soon and I know it's a matter of time before I meet Ozzie and Ranger and maybe Katla if I catch her on a good day. We are all kindred spirits in a way from sharing something so unique. If this is just an educational group then should we also request an HCV support group? Most groups I've been involved with have both components. It's been very hepatitisey lately and some found it agonizing.
Just here to help, socialize, mix it up, give Marilyn some recommendations and offer my uninvited two cents. :-P

Newbies can't find the subgroups so maybe positing occasional invites here with a link would be of service! Just a thought. It used to be done but haven't seen anything in a while.
