Seriously though, I have recovered well and fast. I only had to do 24 weeks. Just one of the lucky ones I guess. Milk Thistle, vitamins, and exercise are all important. My exercise consists mainly of walking after work and using the stairs while at work. (no choice there lol). I have Xanax on hand but haven't had to use them lately. Pretty much all the sides were gone within the sixth week. Now it's back to living and playing. I don't care about getting back to where I WAS because the NEW is more fun and I can adjust.
I think it's called "expanding your horizons" (as well as my waist lol)
