I get fatigue especially when I eat lots of sugar, salt or fat. Then it is that bone tired fatigue that not even rest will cure. It's a horrible feeling but usually only lasts a few hours with me.
Eat something with protein that is nutritious when you're fatigued. Listen to your body and don't push yourself. Break your physical tasks down into small portions and rest in between. I think not having enough oxygen is a strain on your heart too so we really need to take this seriously.
Prioritize and only do what is most important. Try to eat healthy and you hopefully wont feel so fatigued, at least that is the way it is with me.
