Am I missing something does it give info on where trials are?

Thanx..I figure while clinic is fighting the good fight for me I will check out what's out there.

This is sort of odd. The Cosmos trials were already conducted up to phase 11 with great results even for F3 F4 and null responders and then seemed to have been abandoned as Gilead was not interested anymore.
I'm wondering why a phase III has now started with the easy to treat population?
Many of us are already on treatment or will soon be starting.

Oh wait sorry I see they do have an arm with cirrhotics and they are testing shorter that 12 week treatment times!
I assume that is what this Phase III is all about; possibly only 8 weeks not 12. Interesting!!!

Thanks Cassy. It is interesting. Looks like they want additional data to support FDA approval of this S&O off-label which would eliminate a lot of the problems many of us are having in getting off-label prescribed.

Still looks like those with cirrhosis will be doing 12 wks but wouldn't it be remarkable for those of us who have less liver damage to only have an 8 wk tx!

Well it's just added even more encouragement and confidence to the folks on this combo right now.

That is right, kramer! I've felt like we on this combo outside of trials are kind of the "Phase III' group - but now there will be an "official" Phase III trial. Personally, I am happy to be doing the 12 weeks (not 8). But perhaps if the 8 week trials are successful, that means less cost for the meds and more can get them.
