Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
I found when I wasn't eating enough red meat, that would make it worse. Also, sweets, salt and fat but the worst is not enough protein.
Take it easy. I basically have given up on everything till I am finished (in 2 days, yeah!!) because either I don't have the energy or can't focus enough to accomplish anything.
I honestly don't know how all those brave warriors went through interferon & ribavirin back then. It never ceases to amaze me. Such tough souls.
We too shall be Hep C free forever soon!!!
