Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

I found out from family and friends that I am not remembering things like I used to and it hurts! :(
i am 2 years post tx. he put me on Ritalin. this ought to be interesting. Ritalin takes a couple of weeks to get into the system. i will update you if i had any luck with this.
TSH level was at 0.01
come to think of it that is when my brain got all foggy!!!
so yes please check your thyroid it could be the culprit!

i have most of those so could very well be the problem...just wanted to share those with you all..its very treatable...and thanks for the replys
Like that fatigue that comes on as the meds build up in your body, so did the forgetfulness/ absent mindedness start.
After tx, my fatigue disappeared and the brain came back and decided to work again.
