Hepatitis C Support Group
Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
I've taken the opportunity to start working out though and really enjoy it. I month ago I decided I had 3 months of treatment left and at the end of that 3 months I was going to be a "new me". Hit the gym 3 days a week now, eat healthier than I ever have, I'm 45 now and I'm going to start living for me....
Gotta loose it soon.
I'm thinking that maybe my war with HCV is over so my body is not using as much energy.
