Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Hi Everyone,
Just thought I would stop by and say hi and to let you know I'm still kicking. I come on here often but, can't seem to bring myself to add anything to the chats. Maybe I'm in denial after 15 years!!!! Whenever I do come here and read posts it depresses me. I just don't want the reminder of it all. I know that sounds very selfish and I am sorry for that. A lot of you were here for me when I really needed you and I wish I could give back to you all. I feel like I have nothing to contribute. I guess after all these years I still have some soul searching to do. I want to thank you for all that you have done for me. I pray one day I will be able to help some of you as well. Until then just know my thoughts are always here with everyone.

No worries. HCV is depressing if you let it be. Thankfully as Kramer said good news is coming although it sure can hurry the eff up if you ask us!!

Hey Deb.................I sure know what you mean................I come, I read........but I don't post much. For me, I have nuffin to contribute as far as what is going on with tx, etc...............add to that a few issues of my own.................I just don't post here much anymore.

BUT.............I still keep coming back and checking things out.........and the reason why....................these guys are the BEST bunch of folks you will EVER find:):):)

Always here for one another, offering information, support, music and humor..............and most importantly FRIENDSHIP!!!

It is , by far, the best place around:):):)................so keep popping in, whenever you can and know that everyone here is thinking of you as well:):):)

Oh Miss Bear you are sadly mistaken! You do contribute to this group!!! When you were banned we really and truly missed you! You show you care for us all the time! We do love you Bear! And I am praying for your problems also!
