Hi again everyone,
Just thougth I would give you all an update. First I woul like to thank everyone for their support and hugs, that means alot to me. Well, it's been 4/ 1/2 days since my last pill and no shot on Friday. I feel like crap still in someways even worse. Mentally it sucks, I feel deflated, like someone did a tap dance on my heart. Noboby in outside world really understands and when they say they do I want to punch them in the face. As you can tell my mood has not changed, maybe worse. Physically I still feel the exact same. Oh except my leg doens't hurt from the shot. I'm not sure if all of this is from being of the drugs, depression or a combo of everything. Thank God ( and I use that term very loosely) for my husband.He has been very understanding. Well, I guess I better go drag my ass into the shower before my husband gets home from work. Sure wouldn't want him to see me like this!!!

A year or so from now, when new drugs are here, you will be glad of all this :)
But I still can't quite prepare myself for the shock should it happen to me. I was "too low to count" on my first blood test at 4 weeks, and I just had my 8 week test yesterday. I'm extremely nervous. I know that being undie at 8 weeks is no guarantee that it will "take", but that's where all my hopes are now.
Best of luck to you. I truly believe that each of us are pioneers, and that even if the treatment fails, our data might somehow be used to help someone in the future.
Someday treatment will be "take 5 pills the first day, 4 the second, etc. until they are all gone." The cure rate will be 100%, and side effects will be a mildly upset stomach and dry mouth.
That is my wish, and my hope.
