Hello,


I haven't been here in a while, some of you may go check my past discussion as I am fighting this Hep B battle.  As of yesterday my doctor visit.  It seem like I am doing very well,my virus has been dormat for a very long time now.  Also one of my test result back in Feb show a negative which is good for the first time.  My Doc didn't want to give me high hope yet cause it was only one negative test result for the first time.  I only do a followup now every 6 months, before it was month to month, then every 3 months, now its every 6 months.  So my lab result from yesterday I won't be able to see it till my next visit in March 2019.  So I believe it will come out great.  



So all in all, their is hope you guys.  Just stick with the treatment, eat a healthy diet and excercise.  Also try not to focus on this disease.

I am happy for you and was recently diagnosis of Hep.B and i am scared have a lovely wife and 2 kids.
i just started taking my medication and believing God for help .

Blueyou, Just stick with the treatment and followup with your Doctor. Also the family should already be vaccinated. What medication are you taking?

I am happy for you that you are doing well. You were the first one I checked after my diagnosis in 2010. And you gave me hope.

Bikila - Thanks! How's everything going with your treatment. I've been off medication for some time now, I believe it's been over 3 to 4 years. My doctor visit is now every 6 months, but I'm hoping it will soon be once a year. My doctor told me once I'm clear I will visit only one time a year. My last appointment was back in Oct 2018 I believe. My result came back the same as the virus is dormant. The doctor believe the virus is gone, but the result show that their are foot print of the virus still around, but only time will tell.

Hi everyone. Just got bad news from doctor last week am chronic hepb. Feeling like my world has fallen apart, can someone give me info, am confuse and scared, result is my hbv 159000000 ml, fibrosis 8.1kps stage2, is it really really bad? Doctor recommend vemlidy , anyone taken it and how long , any side effects , is it good ? Hope you guys can help me

Believe me I had the same feeling when I first got diagnosed. I thought I was going to die. Be strong believe on you and start taking medication. Vemlidy is the best medication in the market. I have been taking it since it got approved by the FDA for the past three years with no side effect. You number will start getting better once you will be on meds. Just Make sure you continue getting follow up with MRI and ultrasound.
