Hemorrhoids Support Group
Hemorrhoids are the swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus. Two of the most common types of hemorrhoids are external and internal hemorrhoids. External hemorrhoids are those that occur outside of the anal verge (the distal end of the anal canal). They are sometimes painful, and can be accompanied by swelling and irritation.
that is where i am headed today
Here are some other tips: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000292.htm
Also take a look at your diet. A lot of times hemorrhoids is related to inflammation which is linked to diet. Try only eating Paleo friendly foods. You can google paleo recipes too.
alot of this can be changed through your diet ,
ive read that several people ate less wheat or even started eating gluten free and things got a lot better for them, basically no pain they said.
im starting slowly on that tip
id stay away from "fiber one" cereals because someone complained that it irritated them. its highly processed
ive been doing good eating almonds, they very high in fiber and they are also good for your skin. as well as rasberries.
rasberries and mangos contain bioflabiniods which i read were good for you becasue they help with cell tissue
a sizt bath everyday what i read and it seems to me you could almost look at it like a kind of piercing
i got a small rash from the salt and i used organic olive oil on it and it basically went away.
i eat smaller meals and i also eat lots of veggies,
Tucks - is a store bought products that is medicated cooling wipes that my doctor recomended and people said also that it had worked good for them. you can even leave in on to let the stuff sink in. my container costed 6. 50 it helps when they are irritated
i encourage you to look up a list of fiber rich foods as Bioflavanoids becasue they are good affordable foods that we eat everyday anyways.
you need to talk to your doctor about what other things you can do to help this along they will have some instructions for you. i dont mind sharing what has worked with mine, but you may want to be careful about what you put on them if they hurt this much.
changing your diet will hep, i hope you find a balance that works for you. dont stress.
