Hemorrhoids are the swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus. Two of the most common types of hemorrhoids are external and internal hemorrhoids. External hemorrhoids are those that occur outside of the anal verge (the distal end of the anal canal). They are sometimes painful, and can be accompanied by swelling and irritation.

I hope everyone is well :)
First some background info;
I am a 20 year old woman, I have endometriosis which causes great pain. While I am going back to my gyno on October 19th I am also having concerning issues else where. I am finding when I have a BM I have a lot of bright red blood, this is getting more severe when I have a BM. To the point now I will drip red blood, and wipe away continuously a lot of blood after a have a BM. I've told my mum about this and next week when I go to my GP I will be bringing this up. Mum isn't sure if it's haemorroid, something to do with my endo or poylps. My mum has a very strong hystory with Polyps, although she was a lot older when it was discovered she doesn't want me to let it go.
Of late I am finding I feel bloated also and when I have a BM It feels like constipation with my stools being hard at all, in fact they are quite 'normal'
For the last few days I have felt extremely fatigued, and sick every time I eat. I am so confused as to whats going on... endo...or not it feels like endo pain but also alongside other issues?
Any insights??

OK, I have had this also. I don't have endo. but I have pelvic congestion syndrome. which are buldging pelvic veins (usually varicose), and the smaller veins/vessels channel off into the anal passage. hemmaroids are essentially small anal varicose veins :). alot of women with endo also have pelvic congestion syndrome. so this could be a possibility with you.
hemmaroids, fissures, polyps, or endo in your bowel are all the options I can think of
