De-ironing made no difference at all (but that could be because of the Hashimoto's, we're still working on the correct dosage of Thyrax))
Just something to think about. I think caffeine can do that also, but it doesn't hurt to go to a cardiologist to check it out.
I am de ironed and at the time of my heart attack my ferritin was only 130 all my doctors told me, that this was not from the HH and they do not know why I had it.. I have had many tests and my heart seems to be doing very well..
I notice by drinking caffine late in the day makes me have more than usual heart palps so I stop any caffine after 12 noon.. and I have also noticed the bread thing, bread makes me feel unwell..so maybe there is somthing to food allergies
in any case whenever you have any problems with your heart it is always good to have it checked out.. have a stress/echo test done it is the best one to tell if anything is wrong..
ALSO...
Something that I had forgotten about. When I was in my teens and early twenties this same thing would happen after eating a lot of sugar. That sweet tea may have done it. I've been tested for diabetes and all was ok.
Weird.
