As I write this I am hooked up to my TPN. My pancreas is flaring along with my IBD so I need to give everything a rest for 4-6 weeks.. I am finally not anemic, but I was anemic from Dec- Aug.. I just started eating a lot of red meat & tuna..Guess that's what caused my pancreas to flare..But hey, I'm not anemic anymore...
Not sure if you also suffer from infections..But if you do please mention the CVID to your doctor.. Sounds like your periods might also be contributing to your anemia.. You probably might be able to stop phlebs for awhile..
Feel better..
