I've been looking for 8 months, since my daughter disclosed abuse by her brother, to find support specifically for sibling abuse. At least this is something, a couple posts from the last two years--but how do we all connect now??? Just like everyone else, I feel so alone. I've found a couple groups for parents of sexually abused kids, including one on this site, but even within that group I don't feel I really belong, so many things common to them don't apply to me. It's hard to even find info online about sibling abuse. When I found out, I figured there were groups online for everything...but apparently not for this, we're that "special" )-:
Also if you go to taalk.org they are starting a weekly call-in support group for families affected by sibling sexual abuse. They have a call this coming Tuesday where new people can join the group.
Yes, there are a few people who have been here lately. I agree it is so frustrating that it seems almost impossible to connect with others--when that is what it seems like we all crave when we find ourselves in this pit! I check in about once a day or so. I saw a little of your story on my survey, always happy to listen to more. I'll send you a personal message too--see the envelope icon at the top.
