Good morning we are just waiting for our call to have our vaccine we are definitely having it but some are saying no to it how silly..

I completely agree that it’s silly to say no. We want Covid19 to end!!!

When it is time for me to receive it, I will receive it.

I get my flu shots, don't I? Yes. I get my boosters for things before travel, yes? Yes. Tha'ts how we can declare Africa free of POLIO in the "wild"! That's how we kicked out smallpox! That's why so few doctors today know what mumps and pertussis and measles look like clinically! ...

I'm one of the silly ones saying no. : ) My doctors are 100% opposed to me getting it. As some of you are aware, I have severe allergic reactions to practically everything. Since the Pfizer vaccine is known to cause anaphylactic reactions (and Moderna's version is essentially the same), it would be potentially life-threatening for me.

I also understand the hesitation of some people, because allergic reactions are not the only side effects. Others have experienced facial paralysis (so far, temporary) and symptoms mimicking COVID-19, so severe that they have refused to come in for the second shot. Only time will tell how many other serious side effects will surface. I think more folks will agree to be vaccinated once they feel confident the benefit outweighs the risks.

By the time I qualify for this vaccine 100s of others will have tested it out before me. I don’t want anyone to get anything life threatening! Be careful! Stay safe!

I think my husband and I are in the second group to get it.
But I don't know when.
