I am a nurse and I am currently studying to become a nurse case manager. In the near future, I want to work with patients who are living with chronic/congestive heart failure (CHF), and I have focused my senior synthesis project on helping this population. You are very dear to my heart as I lost my father to cardiac disease in 2003. I am reaching out to see if anyone can give me insight into how I can improve the lives of patients living with CHF.

I'm 35 with CHF just found out I'm expecting. Which should be exciting however a nurse tells me that we are going to do a ultrasound. To see if it's a good idea to keep my baby. Of course I'm very upset as my Dr told me I'd just have to have a c section. My advice act as if it was you giving news to people with CHF. We are people with feelings and should be treated that way.
