Red as red can be

I have had some really weird things happen to be at work.I will be walking or sitting at my desk and turn beet red for no apparent reason.I do not feel bad but my co wrkers ask me if I am ok and I say give me a minute and I will be.I have also heard them talk to me and it takes me a couple of seconds to answer them.Is my brain not getting enough oxygen or something like that?Wondering what is up and does this happen to others? I do not desaturate below 92 so I am stumped.

Could it possibly be the beginning of the change ?? hot flushes are a common sympton of menapause... just a thought.

No I talked to my MD and he said it was from the calcium channel blocker I am on.

I used to get that flush from some of the anti hormones I was on. And then if I had anything else - meds or sometimes even foods that could cause a flush also - well I would get all flushed and , as you said, red asa beet.

I had that condition for more than 3 years.

It was annoying, and sometimce it would last for a few weeks, but it did not hurt me and although i felt warm - it never seemed to cause any other problems.

I just would ignore it after a while. And a soon as I ignored it, everyone else forgot about it too.
