Heart failure is a condition that can result from any structural or functional cardiac disorder that impairs the ability of the heart to fill with or pump a sufficient amount of blood throughout the body. It is often undiagnosed due to a lack of a universally agreed definition and difficulties in diagnosis, particularly when the condition is considered "mild."
I love the Holiday season and Thank goodness for the internet for my holiday shopping.I do venture to the mall but once inside I like to sit and watch the people.I was very active prior to CHF and now I find myself enjoying simple things like people watching.I think I have enjoyed this holiday season more by just sitting back and enjoying the sights and sounds of the season.To all the friends and families of CHF patients have a Verry Merry Christmas and Happy Healthy New Year!!!
This year is is all about celebrating being alive and feeling better and being glad that her family is there with her. I think that's the best part by far of the holidays.
Yes I will be looking at Christmas with Christ in it for once in a long time. May take a little more humbling but I have much help here on DS and a very few who have taken me on as a project. Thank you for that heartfelt reminder.
