Heart Failure Support Group
Heart failure is a condition that can result from any structural or functional cardiac disorder that impairs the ability of the heart to fill with or pump a sufficient amount of blood throughout the body. It is often undiagnosed due to a lack of a universally agreed definition and difficulties in diagnosis, particularly when the condition is considered "mild."
Also, given it was an event not a disease process your doctor is really sounding smart.
I think the hardest trick is to pace yourself.....slow down just one gear. Now thats tricky

What did you mean about how well the meds are targeted these days? Thank you again :-)
Speaking of meds, I suspect they are making you feel tired (oh yeah, there's that heart attack thingee too!) Your doc can always adjust your meds to minimize that side effect, but I've yet to discover how to remove it completely. But, if you don't feel like a zombie feeling your way through a dreamlike haze 24/7, then I'd say, well aren't you the lucky one :-P
Now embrace your second chance & make us proud!
