Hey guys so 2 years back i had a pulmonary embolism due to a dvt from knee surgery. it took me months to recover, i had chest pains for months each morning i would thank god for another day on earth. it was the toughest months of my life, i was over weight at the time i lost weight got my health back to amazing shape and the pain and depression went away slowly but it was gone. Now 2015 oct 4 I started getting simliar symptoms. chest pain mostly on the left side sharp pain like a stabbing directly into my heart while taking deep breaths, shortness of breath headaches feeling really weak no appetite vomiting in the mornings, and for some reason if i do eat i feel worse then before I'm not sure whats going on I've been admitted to the emergency room 4 times for the past 2 months they've done cat scans ekgs x rays check for dvts in my legs keg recently i got a transthoracic echocardiogram and it was normal. multiple doctors have done so many test on me and no one can figure out whats wrong with me i am seeing a cardiologist also have been wearing a monitor to track down my heart beats almost like a ekg. I'm losing it guys, i was completely normal i assumed this was left in the past after i recovered but it came back and this time I'm not to sure ill make it out i can't sleep i can't exercise i can't work its driving me nuts. doctors can't find whats wrong with me has anyone had anything like this please any info would help. i was admitted last friday due to sharp pains while breathing lasted about 45 min, i honestly thought my heart was giving out. I have never ever been this scared in my life. it doesn't make sense why come back if this isn't a PE would could it be? i just want my health back a normal life I'm only 22 years old and at times i feel like i won't make it to the next month its been 2 months with this issue any help advice?
