23 Year old here, About 8 months ago I overdosed on Adderall (stimulant drug for ADHD)
I woke up the next morning and noticed my hands and feet were freezing, my penis also decreased in sized and have had ED since this event which only seems to be getting worse, fluid builds up easy in my body and I try to avoid salt at all costs, if I eat something high in salt like a pizza my hands and feet will usually get very cold.
My digestion is also terrible, poor bowel movements and my stomach is always bloated despite losing lots of weight, my apetite is also poor as a result of this.
my hands and feet also have a blueish color tint to them and are very pale looking, as if a lot of the blood has been drawn from them, same applies for my penis. veins are very narrow looking also
I ordered 100mg lasix pills on the internet and having been taking them every couple of days to keep the fluid down
Despite all these symptoms my doctor and parents tell me its all anxiety especially since the blood tests, ecg and echo all came back normal.
I know my body is not working properly and I am lost as to where to go from here, everyone things I'm going nuts and being paranoid but I know this is not the case, it's as if they think I'm making up my symptoms...
Could it be something else not heart related that could be causing these problems? I find this hard to believe and was very surprised when the echo came back normal because my blood circulation is terrible

You've had all these tests and they came back negative, move on and stop stressing. My suggestion would be to seek professional counseling to help you
Also I get shortness of breath after sex everytime and im left gagging for water
fluid rentenion is also a big problem, I always feel pufffy and bloated in the face, I've ran out of lasix pills so the problem is only going to really escalate soon,
I know all the tests came back fine but im no fool, I know my own body and I know somthing is seriously wrong and it is not showing up on tests.
To actually have your god damn penis waste away in front of your eyes at the age of 23 is so f ing depressing, to know that sex is not enjoyable anymore and have to rely on viagra or cialas just to even perform is so pathetic, I read online that if ur penis has a lot of reduced blood flow and is not working problem this is usually a sign of very late stage heart failure.
My hands and feet also, pale like a zombie, no proper blood flow to these areas, when I take a picturee on my phone of my hand in the dark with the flash on my hand literally looks like a zombie hand! pale with tints of blue on the fingertips from deoxygenated blood.
Nobody will listen because the tests say im fine but i know deep deep down I am fked
