all screwed up

Have not been on site for awhile.My chf is back and I am exhausted.I was bit by a spider when I was on a cruise and got MRSA from it.My sugars from the antibiotic have raised my A1C to 11.9. Four weeks of antibiotics and a PICC line.I feel like screw it all .I quess I just need to you guys vent to ,and or give me a kick in the ass to get back on track.I always say keep your chin up but my is dragging.I am going to go listen to some happy music so I can snap out of it.

But other than that, did you enjoy the cruise? Would you recommend it to others, the cruise not the spider bite.

Sorry you've had so many obstacles to overcome, but suck it up, it could be much worse. You could be married to me.

Yep we have to count our blessings just having a shitty day.Cruise was wonderful except for the spider.The crew could have not been nicer.Always ask for handicap room. Bigger and nice to have room to put your scooter and oxygen in the same room.They also will equip with refrig for insulin.The va also works well with the cruise lines if you are travling with an spouce who has special needs also.I have only been on two cruise lines and Norweign and Royal Carribean.They both could not have been more helpful.Specialities at sea supplied both scooter and ox which was in the room waiting for us.You have to rent scooters from ships people due to they have restrictions on them about $249 week.Just ask for wheelchair at the dock and they wheel you right in to your room and scooter charged and ready for use.I just have trouble keeping up with hubby when he is on the scooter but we make due.Ready to cruise this September on ladies cruise( 3 of us turning 50 this year)Hubbies are being left home because they want to go hunting in Georgia..Sucks to be them but after 25 years of hunting camp it is our turn to have some fun.
