Heart failure is a condition that can result from any structural or functional cardiac disorder that impairs the ability of the heart to fill with or pump a sufficient amount of blood throughout the body. It is often undiagnosed due to a lack of a universally agreed definition and difficulties in diagnosis, particularly when the condition is considered "mild."
Increased fatigue is an indication your CHF is worsening, just like fluid retention. This is one of the symptoms that manifests with CHF. Some degree of fatigue is the new normal, you have to figure out what level is normal for you.
I try to move around and get exercise during the day, even with severe back pain, and arthritis in knees and hips. I'm challenged, but i will get thru this!!
