Thanksgiving

I am gving thanks that I am still here to enjoy aother thanksgiving.My husband and I live far away from family so it is just us two.Sending peace to all my heart failure friends and joy of life.

I, too, am thankful and pretty darn surprised to still be around to celebrate another Thanksgiving. Although, I'm sure I'll be hurting after eating food that had no business containing so much frickin sodium, ugh. Ah, but at least I won't waste any precious time sleeping thanks to my anticipated extra Lasix, hehe.

Well, Happy Thanksgiving back atcha! It's amazing the resilience of our bodies after being at the death's door diagnosis. Once death becomes a real possibility, it's hard to imagine having any chance to give em the slip for a bit, but it seems like there are quite a lucky few who do just that. Definitely something to be thankful about! Take care
