Heart Attack Support Group
Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
Today is re test day for all my blood work and EKG . It was about 4 months ago since I had the set of tests done that were all no good and made me change my diet ,my life stye ,my way of thinking really.I hope everything has improved and that Im on the right track to a long and healty
life .Thank you to all in this group for your support ,just reading some of your thoughts and feelings re heart issues has been an education for me.Hope this goes well today.
