Well the end of March I will get all my re tests done re my recent heart issues.Will the EKG be good??????????? I really don;t know but I do know my weight is down , my diet is better , my fitness level has improved .Its amazing the changes u can make in three months.Now this EKG MACHINE NEEDS give me a BREAK !

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
HMMMM I'm 3 moths out too now, I just passed my tests and was told to go LIVE LIFE as normal.......(it took some stress off of me).
I'm hoping you get the same results.
I am going back to work full time and I also started to walk again. I just love - love - love (did I say LOVE) lol - my FISH that I eat almost everyday, I'm becoming addicted!
