Heart Attack Support Group
Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
Yesterday was really the first warm sunny day we have had in so long . So with that there were some firsts . The first smell of sun tan lotion for one . Never noticed how much I enjoy that smell . The first sun burn of the year came with it,( note to self, time to bye stronger protection ) First real sorness from springtime fun , 2 hrs swimming , 2 hrs ball hockey and 2 hrs workin outside on stuff .
But what I did not have yesterday was what was most important . No chest pains , no racing heart , no shortness of breath , no being dizzy after running . Thank you god for giving my health back and giving me the will to work at it.

I feel your joy in every word! It's wonderful, isn't it? After a heart 'event' doing normal stuff that you did before makes you feel so joyous and happy. Who knew that a sunburn could make you feel so good? -- sort of :)

Louie says a new normalcy. Kind of says it all doesn'r it. Not worse just different. We can choose better or worse with our attitudes. Today I choose better.
